i've been snacking heaps lately, and have decided to grab a bag of seeds, fruit & nuts from Woolies.
the almonds and cashew weren't roasted, so i decided to do it myself, than buying another $8 bag!
[above] separating the almonds & cashews from the fruit & birdseeds
[above] grinding salt finer, and chucking it onto the pan with the almonds & cashews
[above] eating mum's mi goreng while i roast // mixing it all back together
